By accessing or using TTS Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TTS Studio is a text-to-speech service that allows users to convert text into natural-sounding speech using AI-powered voice synthesis. The Service is powered by Google Gemini 2.5 TTS technology.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Billing
The Service uses a credit-based system for payment:
- New users receive 3,000 free credits upon signup
- Credits can be purchased in packages and do not expire
- Flash model uses 50% fewer credits than Pro model
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent
- Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of input text you provide. Audio generated through the Service may be used for personal or commercial purposes. The Service, including its technology and branding, remains the property of TTS Studio.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
